THE CHALLENGE: What Our Client Needed
2nd Source Funding is a leading provider of financial capital for small and mid-sized businesses across the United States. Bottom Line’s challenge was to create a new mailer that could beat the “control” that was being used to generate qualified business leads.
OUR STRATEGY: What Bottom Line Did
The winning package was developed following industry research and spending time with the company’s sales representatives in their call center to identify effective buzz words and persuasive offers. Two different packages were tested against the control package and results from all three packages, including response and conversion rates were tracked.
THE RESULT: How The Client Benefited
Based on the mailing results, one of Bottom Line’s packages was selected as the winning package. The company has mailed the new control, with minor evolutionary changes, to over a million prospects. |
