Saul N. Friedman & Co had recently moved into new, state-of-the-art corporate headquarters. Upon convening at consultation and strategy meetings, Bottom Line’s team immediately felt that new doors like these definitely heralded new opportunities to build upon customer retention. We immediately set out to brainstorm over the creation of a gala “Evening of Celebration and Appreciation” for Saul N. Friedman & Co’s valued clients and network of professionals.
The event was rolled out with elaborately designed invitations that were printed on 48 pt card stock with red foil stamping. These were carefully delivered in FedEx shipped envelopes to exclusive clients and partners who were invited to join the festivities.
The sleek, corporate environment of the evening had been completely transformed under a skilled party planner’s touch. The ambiance transported guests with colored lighting, lavish floral arrangements, and violinists serenading all with light music in the background. Fine wine and hors d’oeuvres were served with a flourish to everyone’s enjoyment. Smiling photographers captured the vibe of the evening, and personalized wine bottles were provided as a memorable gift to accompany guests home.
Best of all, the packed floor provided the perfect opportunity for people to mingle, discuss new business opportunities and rekindle warm relationships.
The client’s long-standing intergenerational family history, compounded by their knowledge and expertise provided the perfect opportunity for Bottom Line to promote their brand through content marketing. We laid the groundwork for members from their company to be interviewed and have their opinions featured in the local magazines. The articles engaged readers through channels that naturally piqued their interest and generated a significant buzz.
