Building Capital Campaign Aims High

Founded in 1943, Yeshiva of Spring Valley has grown alongside Monsey’s Torah community, serving generations of families committed to excellence in chinuch. Today, the Yeshiva of Spring Valley Boys Division is home to more than 650 students across 28 classes, reflecting the continued growth of the community. As more families were drawn to the area for its unique blend of serenity and strong Torah values, the yeshiva faced a defining moment: the need to expand into larger, more modern facilities that could support its present and future talmidim.

Vision

The goal was clear. Yeshiva of Spring Valley set out to build a new boys division campus that would meet the needs of a growing student body while preserving the values and warmth that have defined the yeshiva for decades. The capital campaign needed to inspire confidence, communicate vision, and equip leadership with the tools necessary to engage major donors in meaningful, personal conversations about the future of the yeshiva.

STRATEGY

To support this effort, Bottom Line Marketing Group (BLMG) developed a refined relationship fundraising brochure designed specifically for in person donor meetings. The piece was crafted to serve as a powerful presentation tool for the CEO, staff, board members, and parents as they approached prospective major donors. Every detail was thoughtfully considered, from the high quality paper and distinctive finish to the large scale photography that brought the children, buildings, and vision to life. A custom die cut pocket with an insert dedication card built into the front cover added both elegance and function, allowing the conversation to feel personal, intentional, and impactful.
