EDN Conference

Event Co-Production of Non-profit Conference

In the heart of every thriving frum non-profit, from yeshivos to chessed organizations, stands a tireless leader: the Executive Director. These individuals bear the responsibility of keeping mosdos running, often behind the scenes, ensuring that the foundation of Torah life remains strong. The Executive Directors’ Network (EDN) created its Annual Conference to recognize and support these professionals, offering them a space to grow, connect, and gain the tools they need to lead with confidence and ensure our communities have a strong, reliable infrastructure of schools, chessed organizations, and vital community services.

Vision

The goal of the EDN Conference was to bring together Executive Directors from across the country for two impactful days of insight and inspiration. As frum communities continue to expand, the strength and sustainability of their mosdos depend on capable, forward-thinking leadership. The conference was designed to deliver practical strategies, meaningful chizuk, and a strong support system for those guiding the future of Klal Yisroel.

STRATEGY

BLMG co-produced the conference alongside EDN, contributing strategic planning, campaign identity, creative direction, and production coordination. From developing printed materials and signage to assisting with logistics and securing keynote speaker Shep Hyken, each component was thoughtfully handled to match the caliber of the event.

The conference featured expert-led sessions on fundraising, leadership development, and nonprofit growth. Executive Directors exchanged insights, formed valuable connections, and left equipped with practical tools to strengthen the mosdos they serve. BLMG captured the energy of the gathering through professional photography, helping the inspiration and impact continue well beyond the event itself.
